3-Day Summerboost: Matwork- Basic, Balance, HIIT (August 3rd-5th, 2026)

 Join us for a three-day Pilates Matwork series designed to build your foundation, challenge your balance, and boost your endurance—one focused step at a time. August 3rd-5th, 2026

Day 1: Matwork Basics
On this first day, you’ll get to learn the fundamental techniques and principles of the Pilates Matwork repertoire through simple and effective exercises. You'll train your body in all planes and try exercises in lying, sitting, and standing positions, improving strength, mobility, and balance.

Day 2: Matwork Balance
Challenge your balance and activate the deep stabilizing muscles of your body. In this class, the Pilates ball takes center stage—used to enhance control, coordination, and core strength.

Day 3: Matwork HIIT
Matwork HIIT is a high-intensity full-body Pilates workout performed in intervals. You’ll effectively build both strength and endurance with traditional Pilates exercises as the foundation. In this closing session, we use only your body as the equipment.
