Autumn Kickstart Week: Matwork Based Drop-In Classes

Curious about Pilates or looking to refresh your technique before the fall term begins? During our Autumn Kickstart Week, you can try a variety of 55-minute Matwork classes—each with a unique focus, designed to strengthen your body, deepen your awareness, and introduce you to different ways to train.

Choose from the following class types:

  • Matwork Basic – A calm and methodical introduction to the foundational Pilates principles and exercises. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to reconnect with the basics.
  • Boll/Rulle – Challenge your balance and activate deep stabilizing muscles using props like the Pilates ball, foam roller, flexbands, and toning balls.
  • Matwork HIIT – A high-intensity, full-body Pilates workout performed in intervals. Build strength and endurance using just your own bodyweight.
  • Props – Improve strength, coordination, and mobility with a wide range of Pilates tools such as wobblies, mini balls, ankle tubings, flexbands, and more.
  • Complete – A functional and dynamic circuit-style class combining strength, mobility, balance, and cardio using a mix of Pilates props and the Reformer.
