A 3-day Pilates course with kettlebells – July 7–9, 2025
Join us for three fun and varied sessions of Pilates Weights training with a focus on technique, strength, and flow. Each day brings a new focus to keep things fresh and challenging while helping you build strength and confidence in your movements.
Day 1: Pilates Weights Basics
Get grounded in the fundamentals with an intro to our Pilates Weights format. You’ll train with kettlebells (12kg, 8kg, and 4kg), learn technique, and explore smart modifications to support you throughout the course. Led by Pia.
Day 2: Pilates Weights Strength
Time to turn up the heat. This session focuses on strength and stability, building from the foundations to target major muscle groups with smart, efficient movement. Expect a full-body workout that challenges endurance, builds lean muscle, and leaves you feeling strong and energized.
Day 3: Pilates Weights Flow
Close the course with a dynamic flow. This class blends mobility, strength, and loaded stretching using the kettlebells to improve control, body awareness, and balance. A mindful, energizing finish to your 3-day boost.

Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional spots may open depending on demand and availability, as long as space remains in the course.
